Jewish Star Honeycomb Rosh Hshanah Greeting Card
It's a first! A honeycomb shaped like a Mogen David (Jewish star). When I was a little girl, my mother bought a honeycomb for Rosh HaShanah every year. Honey is a traditional treat for this Holy Day and a comb was (and still is!) something of an extravagance. Watercolor background was scanned and then the individual honeycomb cells placed one by one and moved about til the star looks just right!
The inside greeting is customizable.
I hope whoever receives this card enjoys it as much as I enjoyed creating it!
