This image is from Acorns which had fallen from trees in our yard. I painted this from photos I took of the sight. You might think that one Acorn is just like the next Acorn, but looking closely, you will discover that Acorns are as different from each other as people are. I loved painting this image, though my eyes got quite tired from trying to focus.
