It depicts the Greek myth of Arethusa, a nymph who gave her name to a spring in Elis and to another on the island of Ortygia, near Syracuse and the river god Alpheus who fell in love with Arethusa. Arethusa fled to Ortygia, where she was changed into a spring.

The print was packaged well to ensure there was no damage during transit (Eco friendly, too!), and I am really pleased with it. I am so grateful to the customer service team for the professional way they handled my order. I had this printed on matt finish card and I was really pleased with the quality. The colours were rich and the image sharp.
