My product NEVER arrived. It must have been lost in shipping and after multiple attempts to reach the courier as Zazzle suggested to no avail, NO ONE at Zazzle will respond to my email requests. How is there no customer service phone #? I understand this may have just been bad luck, but shouldn't the customer come first? No one has offered me a refund or a replacement. I am never using Zazzle again for anything. I wouldn't know because they NEVER arrived.

I am cancelling my wedding due to COVID-19 and ordered post-postponement cards to send to my guests. I paid extra to have them shipped ASAP. Is has been 2 weeks and I still have not received my item. I tried emailing and calling and have been unable to contact customer service. Do not order from this company, they are unreliable. Still have not received item even though I paid for express shipping, it's been 2 weeks since it "shipped".
