I order from them often and of late prints aren't right, reprints worse than the original, or the item arrives broken. I pay substantial for shipping only for it to be days and days before receipt of a reprint for what O already requested. Zazzle may need an overhaul.

It arrived safely and on time. The product is of great quality and I am more than pleased with my purchase. The coffee mug is beautifully painted in the two-tone hunter green, with the NZ Fantail bird depicted on both front and back and looks amazing.
