This is the classic war poster "Keep Calm and Carry On" reworded to "Keep Calm and Feed Me". I've kept the traditional crown at the top, and added a baby's bottle by the side of the words. There's a sister design, 'keep calm and feed on' at my store too.
I've put this on a purple background, but you can change that to blue or pink (or any colour at all) really easily. Hit 'Customise it' and then 'edit', and you'll be able to change to absolutely ANY colour you prefer.
