There are three text areas on the silver badge. They read: Department of Corrections, Correctional Officer and Seal of the State. In the centre of the badge is a decorative silver eagle eagle design. The design is on both sides of the jumbo sized coffee mug. The badge is NOT state specific.     Purchase of the 7th Cavalry Mug was a last minute addition to my purchases and I am really pleased I acquired the Mug. The one I purchased was a "large" but wow, it is large - Extremely well made and just to Mug to put down at a coffee time with a bunch of mates. Early days, but the colours and motifs (there are two) withstand the washing and look great.
