King Tide Waves at West Port, WA Card
The King Tide at West Port, WA is amazing! King Tides are actually high tides when the moon is at its closest point to Earth, and when the sun aligns with the moon. Add a storm and voila you have huge waves that not only pound the jetty but crash over it. The sound is thunder and a sonic boom like no other. The cards depicted an 11+ ft tide with 12ft+ foot waves. Some of them looked more like 30ft high. When ordering enlargements it is best to choose images in the “16X20 or Larger” file or the “Canvas” file. We downloaded several photos which was simple and produced a very attractive personalised card for our 11yr old Granddaughter.
I was concerned that the card would not arrive on time but Zazzle came up trumps and the card arrived on the day before her birthday - perfect! I didn't see the card as it went straight to our family in New Zealand. However they did send a photo and it looked excellent!
