When you are a kid, this candy store is your life line. Like a bank is to adults, the candy store is simply awesome. And this one isn't guarded, its the honour system for this place, very trusting.
You could make out like a bandit in this place, stuffing your pockets with all that candy. Of course it would clump together, and then start sticking to other things in there, like hair..... Then you decide that was a very bad idea when you pull something out and you can't tell if its a hamster or a large sucking candy.
This is really how kids learn what to do and not do.
