Delivery was timely and the pad seems to be of good quality. The problem is my mouse will not work on the pad, either side. I have given 3 stars but am aware it could be MY mouse that is the problem. Now the printing and the colors are beautiful! It's like a small work of art on my desk.... when I have it out.
