Lace French Ballet Dancer She Is Beautiful Card

She’s whimsical, beautiful, but seems a bit put off for having to wear this costume. I adore vintage pictures; especially, ones of vintage French dancers. The French had a way of dressing these poor women in extremely odd costumes. They are a bit DIY and always amusing. This beauty has a lace, diamond and pearl backdrop and is boasting a fur hat with tin foil bunny ears and furry Pom Pom sticks. I found this picture and this poor girl was in VERY bad shape. You could hardly tell what she had on, let alone see her face. She was lifeless in black and white and pretty much wrinkled beyond repair. I’ve been working on her for awhile now and she’s ready to shine and sparkle her way into others’ hearts. I really wanted to breathe some new life into her and give her the admiration she so deeply deserves. Is it Christmas? Is it Easter? Not sure and I don’t think she even knows, but she’s eager to dance and ready to be made into some special products. I hope I make her proud.
