This postcard features a photo of Lake Livingston State Park at Livingston, Texas. A grand old oak tree, covered in Spanish moss, leans out from the other trees, reaching towards the banks of Lake Livingston. On this December day, the sky was beautiful, the lake a silvery blue, and the pine trees on the far shore were tall and straight and a lovely bit of green in this winter landscape.
