Lakshmi, Laksmi, sometimes spelled Laxmi (she who leads to one's goal), also known as Shri.
She is the goddess of wealth, fortune, power, beauty, fertility and prosperity.
Lakshmi is depicted in Indian art as an elegantly dressed, prosperity-showering golden-coloured woman standing or siting in the padmasana position upon a lotus throne, while holding a lotus in her hand, symbolising fortune, self-knowledge, and spiritual liberation.
Lakshmi in Sanskrit is derived from the root word lakṣ and lakṣa, meaning 'to perceive, observe, know, understand' and 'goal, aim, objective', respectively. These roots give Lakshmi the symbolism: know and understand your goal. A related term is lakṣaṇa, which means 'sign, target, aim, symbol, attribute, quality, lucky mark, auspicious opportunity'.
Ashta Lakshmi or Ashtalakshmi, is a group of the eight manifestations of Lakshmi. She presides over eight sources of wealth: spirituality, material wealth, agriculture, royalty, knowledge, courage, progeny, and victory.

Excellent quality, strong fabric and arrived here earlier than expected . Living in the South Pacific I was worried it wouldnt get here in time. Love it! The design, colours and words were just as I expected. Very bold, clear and beautiful. The printing of one of the letters was a bit blurry but hardly noticeable. Love this product!

This is one of the most comfortable throw pillows I have ever had. It is so incredibly soft. Everyone in the family fights over who gets to use it, even the dog. Most of the other pillows end up on the floor when she gets on the couch but not this one. She loves it too! The photos turned out great on this pillow. I'd definitely purchase another one.
