Laloo was born in India in 1874, and had a parasitic "twin" attached to his breastbone. He made a living exhibiting himself and subjecting himself to physicians' analyses, but he was also instrumental in changing the public's perception of sideshow performers, referring to himself as a prodigy rather than a freak.
