Pioneer Club in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA in 1951.[1] The sign was a departure in graphic design from typeface based neon signs, to a friendly and welcoming human form of a cowboy. The sign's human-like abilities of talking and waving its arm constituted an immediate acceptance as the unofficial welcoming sign reproduced thousands of times over the years and all over the world.

The shirt is very comfortable to wear. Has been washed a few times and did not fade or shrink. The XL is a good fit for man, 155 lbs, 5'7". The size chart was very helpful in ordering the correct size to fit properly. The printing looks great, just as shown on the website. The sketch marks of the drawing (artwork) looks like it was hand draw (heavier lines, softer lines are easily seen.)
