Latvian Flag (Latvia) Notebook

This design features the national flag of Lativa (officially known as the Republic of Latvia), which is a country in the Baltic region of Northern Europe. Lativa is bordered by Estonia to the north, Lithuania to the south, Russia to the east and Belarus to the southeast; it also shares a maritime border with Sweden to the west. The capital and largest city of Latvia is Riga. Other major cities in Latvia include Daugavpils, Liepāja, Jelgava, Jūrmala, Ventspils, Rēzekne, Valmiera and Jēkabpils.
