We used this design for invitations, etc. for a milestone birthday party. After the event the "guest of honor" wanted to send thank you notes to match the rest of the theme. even though there were also pretty fold over thank you cards that matched. She opted to use this format and added a special "thank you verse" to one side of the card and left enought room for a personal signature/note. Printing was +++, as usual. Everything was super fast- 5 days from order to delivery--and that was from Calif. to NY.
