A woman walking down a path in the small coastal town of L'Estaque in the south of France. L'Estaque is a small French fishing village just west of Marseille in the French Riviera. About the artist: Pierre-Auguste Renoir (1841-1919) was a leading painter in the development of the Impressionist style. Renoir's paintings are noteable for their vibrant light and saturated colour, most often focusing on people in intimate and candid compositions.
