A comforting phrase & healthy reminder is added in easy-to-read lettering in the form of a quote by Sonia Ricotti that reads, "Surrender to what is. Let go of what was. Have faith in what will be." Great for planning, keeping a diary, journalling, etc., this spiral notebook has 120 college ruled, lined, blank pages, and the covers are laminated offering a bit of protection.
