Teh product arrived & met or exceeded my expectation, but I was disappinted that i was never able tofind a phone # for customer service or get any live help for formatting my design on teh invitation. I eventaully figured it out myself. very nice quality, with the linen upgrade. I was shorted ten envelopes, but these were promptly sent out.
