Light of Dawn thru Maple Leaves and Flowers Postca Postcard

The pale light of dawn glows through the branches of some Manitoba Maples (Acer negundo) on a tranquil spring morning - for friends, family, keeping in touch, thinking of you, just to say hi, or pop it in a frame for natural ambience & decor. The long dangly things are the flowers of the tree. Both male and female trees have flowers. Warm colours, pale yellow, reds, green, gold, brings the soft fresh morning glow of outdoors into the home. The trees give us oxygen, essential for survival of humans and other animals. The Manitoba maple is a good border tree, resists and helps prevent soil erosion, has been used by indigenous people for medicine and food. Some people perceive it as an "undesirable" tree because of its rapid growth and ability to flourish under difficult conditions, in poor soil or different soil types, and like a deadbeat relative is almost impossible to get rid of once it moves in for a stay. In fact these native Canadian trees are quite amazing, graceful and supple, reaching for the sun, providing us with nourishment, life and beauty. Life is beautiful, all is in harmony.
