Liuwa Plain National Park Zambia Postcard

Liuwa Plain National Park is a massive, relatively untouched wilderness in Zambia's Western Province. Known for its vast, open golden grasslands that stretch as far as the eye can see, it hosts Africa's second-largest wildebeest migration, an incredible sight to behold. The park is chraacterised by seasonal floodplains, dramatic skies, and unique wildlife, making it a truly remote and adventurous safari destination. Beyond the migration, Liuwa Plain is home to diverse species, including hyenas, cheetahs, zebras, red lechwe, and over 330 species of birds.
