While there is a great notion about Africa as a dark continent, I am sure there is some little logic and fact about that even if you go to the moon and look at Africa, there will be very little lights or street lights due to the fact that Africa has not developed that much as its on its hay stages of development. The mare fact that city lights in Africa show the lack of modern development on the continent is something to ponder.
