This farm in the Kona region on the Big Island of Hawaii features many agricultural products, including coffee and oranges.
Several types of avocados are grown and are for sale on the Hawaiian islands. Eat them while you're there, because you can't take them with you when you leave the islands.
The avocado (Persea americana) is a medium-sized, evergreen tree in the laurel family (Lauraceae). It is native to the Americas and was first domesticated in Mesoamerica more than 5,000 years ago.
