I fund-raise every year for Lyme Disease 5k and as a thank you to all of my donors I usually give them thank-you cake pops and send out thank-you cards. This year I wanted cards to send out with some sort of lyme disease awareness on them. I found these on zazzle and they were exactly what I was looking for.
