I was disappointed in this product. I normally subscribe to SimplytoImpress but they did not carry the magazine template I liked. I expected the Zazzle product would be the same quality. The paper quality was lower than expected and the print was significantly darker than the image previewed on my monitor. I assumed the image would be edited to accommodate professional printing.
The customer service was prompt when I notified them that my original order never arrived. My order was re-ordered and delivered within days. The image on the announcement was very dark compared to how it appears on screen. I assumed minor edits would be made if needed but that does not seem to be the case.
Photo appears much darker in person than as seen on computer and iPhone.
