Marbury v. Madison Judicial Review T-Shirt

Simple and effective message reinforcing the validity of judicial review as a check and balance on the other parts of government. In 1803, the Supreme Court decided Marbury v. Madison, which confirmed that the judiciary, through judicial review, is co-equal branch of government with an independent check and balance of acts done by both the Congress and the Executive. Since then, we have used judicial review to promote the good and rein in the bad, and vice-versa. It's not a perfect system, but it is one of the levers we have to influence government.
