About This Design

Marianne | George Leslie Hunter Card

Marianne | George Leslie Hunter Card

Marianne by George Leslie Hunter (Scottish, 1879–1931) is an expressive portrait that captures the character and presence of its subject with post-Impressionist vitality. Hunter employs bold, confident brushstrokes and a vibrant palette to convey both the sitter’s personality and the emotional resonance of the scene. The painting balances realism with painterly abstraction, demonstrating Hunter’s ability to combine structure, colour, and light in a compelling and modern approach to portraiture. This card was so lovely and my granddaughter opened the card and hugged it as it had a unicorn on the front and her name And I added a picture inside of us And when her mummy Asked her who it was from she said my nanny and grandad and hugged the card she can’t read yet but knew who it was from. ❤️. Excellent quality of printing colour

We downloaded several photos which was simple and produced a very attractive personalised card for our 11yr old Granddaughter. I was concerned that the card would not arrive on time but Zazzle came up trumps and the card arrived on the day before her birthday - perfect! I didn't see the card as it went straight to our family in New Zealand. However they did send a photo and it looked excellent!
