"We reason deeply when we forcibly feel." Libertia Society is dedicated to honouring and supporting women who have made intellectual contributions to the ideas of liberty & the pursuit of human flourishing. To that end we host seminars and reading discussions to introduce individuals to and deepen their understanding of original texts by and/or about women; we provide texts and other resources for women who want to create local chapters to enrich their home communities; we create and distribute content that highlights the contributions of women to these ideas. We hope to create a world where women’s contributions to the ideas of liberty are widely read, understood, and valued according to their own merits.
