Product was ordered on June 14th and on June 15th I realized I placed the incorrect zip code on the invitations. I promptly e-mailed Zazzle about the mistake. I didnt receive a response until the 16th stating that the order has been processed and I would have to cancel my order, wait for a refund, and then order again. I decided just to deal with the mistake instead of cancelling and was very happy with the ordering process but feel this small change could have been handled more effectively. Other than that little hurdle the invitations looked great and arrived on time. 4 out of 5 would recommend. Items looked amazing for the price

Wow, really thrilled with this product, looks exactly like the picture and arrived within a week. Would definitely recommend the upgrade to the Metallic paper. Only reason it wasn't a 5 is because the envelopes could be a bit snazzier for this kind of invite or at least have the option to upgrade- not a biggy overall. It turned out well, one of the invites had a mark where the colors didnt print right but they all looked exactly like the picture.
