Text reading, "MATANUSKA", "MOOSE AND MAMMOTH MILK DAIRY", "WILLOW, ALASKA", "MAMMOTH MUENSTER" and"ORGANIC CHEESE". appears. Add your own additional text on the reverse side. This cheese is made from organic, non-GMO milk of the Woolly Mammoth (Mammuthus primigenius) soon to be resurrected by science and Ice Age bacterial cultures. Visit us at the farm to see our herd of champion milk mammoths.
