I ordered 4 of these personalized with different names for each of my nursing supervisors. They were a hit! I felt the phrase was inspirational and I wanted them to feel appreciated. This did the job! The only con I would say is the rubber odor when I took them out of the packaging. I sprayed them with Febreze twice a day for 3 days before I could take them to work. But I will still be ordering more of the same. Printing could have been darker (bolder?) as it was sparse in some areas.
