A beautiful design on a woman in a meditative state with the sun shining through the clouds in the early morning. The word "Breathe" and "Elizabeth" is totally editable by you so you can put a name or something that is more personal for you. The reverse side has a similar but different design of a woman among the clouds and the words "At one with the universe" which is also editable so you can change the text, font type, size and colour to meet you specific requirement. My custom yoga mat came out beautifully. I printed an inspirational quote on it and printed it on a background of my custom business color. The printing came out beautifully. I just wish the background color automatically printed on the back of the mat, too, so that it was all one color. It cost more than I wanted to pay to add the color to the back.

As a yoga mat, it is comfortable to use. I place a second mat under it for added comfort. But I mostly use this particular mat design for "Distance Reiki". (I am a graphic designer but I also do distance reiki work and needed something full size to work with my clients so I designed this for that purpose. The Chakras are highlighted and make it easy to place charkra stones over. I use a pendulum and tuning forks to balance the body's energy, and this helps me know, with greater detail, what part of the clients body I am connecting to when I feel fluctuations in the energy field. I am very pleased with how my design turned out. The background is very complex with color gradations and with text at the bottom. The text is readable and I am pleased with the detail in the graphics.
