The paper was nice. The design was as requested. Timely delivery. Disappointed in the printing quality. The sample provided on the website showed good vibrant colors; however, when we received the invitation it appeared as though insufficient ink had been applied to the invitation, in particular the standard design. We read that the "glitter look" was simulated in the design, but the colors were muted at best, most obvious in the lower half of the mermaid and the shells. You may also want to cite on the website that printing colors will appear darker on a computer screen so that clients select darker printing colors in order to get what they really want. Unfortunately, we do not have time to return and will have to make do with what we've received.

It took me a little practice to get used to using the customization tools, so I got some kind emails describing how to fix the problems. But once I got it figured out, it was simple and I was grateful for the quick service and turn-around. The card stock is nice, and the design is so cute I couldn't resist. It's perfect for what I needed. No issues with the printing, the colors seem to be right on. I think the card may have been cut slightly off-center, but hard to know because it may have also been my error in customizing the text.
