merry christmas holiday card

The finished product was in good quality itself, unfortunately it had a writing mark in the front cover. Someone must have written over it, not directly but with a paper or something in between. I could see it's a three digit number mark. I called the customer service and was told it could be replaced in time as I needed. However I had to wait for five days and make many phone calls until finally receive it. I think the customer service department manager I first contacted didn't do her job and acted very unprofessionally. It was another manager who helped me and she resolved the problem within a couple of hours. I customized the card, and the images and writings I put on the card turned out to be very good.

Such a huge range of different animals available, which made my choices very difficult and now the reason I have a whole draw full of cards and postcards! This is perfect for my gecko loving cousin for Christmas! Top quality card and one no body else will have to gift to her!
