London's Millenium, built for the millenium year 2000 is the first new bridge to built in London for over a century. Built for foot traffic only, it links two of London's popular tourist attractions - St Paul's Cathedral and the Tate Modern Gallery on the south bank- and is bust throughout the tourist season. Pedestrians superb views over the river as they cross the bridge, and as this image shows, the bridge in itself is a stunning sight. Taking during the height of the summer the bridge is as busy as ever, and the image perfectly captures the magic of visiting London.
