I knew there would be variation in the design, but I thought there was some foil stamping or something on these that would make certain areas shine. It is more a picture of something that is reflecting light than something that actually reflects itself. While the color was pretty, it just looked like watercolor and not like opal at all, so I was disappointed. It photographs well, but it's lackluster in person. The printing turned out great, though I made my text way too small.
