I ordered this item and customized the framing myself so that it fills up the card. Why is there a yellow border outside of my image? I resized so it fits it fully when I put in my order. On my order page it clearly shows it the way I resized it but when I click on the listing it shows the front image as cropped and with added yellow border.
Also, they’re scratched up and I paid extra for SIGNATURE UV GLOSS. These are clearly matte and uncoated.
I needed these in time for a debut show on Sunday March 15th and now I won’t have them . This is horrible. Please give me what I paid for.
