Well, overall you get exactly what you send in and they tell you that (if pic is grainy, your product will be ......) I found that they really work hard to make your vision work and i was VERY pleased with all my finished selections, I wish some of the font would have been enlarged on type-setting, if warranted, as some of the wording got lost due to sizing. But overall they all got HUGE compliments, almost didn't want to tell people where I got them from, sorry I tried to take credit for your work..........look at it as the greatest compliment!!!!!! Kudos in NC. Again, selection of font was perfect for image I tried to create with that awesome photo!
