It is exactly as represented, and just didn't realize until I started using the note pad.... whatever portion of any notepad contains logo in black. That is a portion that is unusable for writing.
Be clear, this is not a product fault, it is a user learning experience. The printing is excellent. The paper color is as exactly as advertised. And, I am truly pleased with the appearance of the custom quote I had added to the note pad.
