Mondrian Abstract Art Minimalist Primary Colours Tie
This piece is inspired by Piet Mondrian, a Dutch painter and art theorist who was a pioneer of the abstract art movement known as De Stijl. His paintings are chraacterised by their use of simple geometric shapes such as squares and rectangles, as well as primary colours and black, white, and grey tones.
Mondrian's art was an expression of his search for harmony and balance through abstraction. He believed that art should be a reflection of the underlying harmony of the universe, and that this harmony could be achieved through the use of simple, universal forms and colours.
Some of Mondrian's most famous works include "Composition with Red, Yellow, and Blue" (1930), "Broadway Boogie Woogie" (1942-43), and "Tableau I" (1921). These works are examples of Mondrian's signature style, which became known as "Neo-Plasticism" or "Elementarism."
