Monkey Bar New Orleans T-Shirt

This design is a tribute to an old New Orleans bar. Dr. John played here with some of the best early New Orleans R&B, Jazz and Fonk bands. He writes about it in his incredible autobiography "Hoodoo Moon". The art is based roughly on the neon sign the Monkey Bar had on the corner of Canal and Liberty in the 1950s. I have several versions of this design in my Zazzle store, Small Dog Laughing. This version is Black ink for light coloured clothing. I also, have this design in white ink for dark clothing.
