The personalization and the photo print on the face was perfect. However, I bought this as it was listed under women's...but, it came the same size as the men's watch that ordered. I called Zazzle. They were very understanding and more than willing to make me a happy customer...Explained that I should order a children's size, an then told me to keep this watch for no charge. And also since I bought the watches in a 50% off sale, they gave me a code to use for that same price for the watch I will buy to replace this one. I am VERY impressed with the customer service..and their willingness to accommodate my issue. I can say that I will be a return customer! The printing and the photo are perfect! Very clear!

The watch is very nice, the picture is great and the watch looks like quality. The only problem I am having with it is that it is a little too large, and I also can't figure out how to open the clasp. No directions came with it. Very good. The printing is perfect and the watch keeps good time.

Im upset with the way this product was sent the packaging was not very secure and the watch was sent running usually when I order its sent with a stem stop so the battery is not being used .....really disappointed .. the watch its self as far as printing is great
