Morning Iris Card
With history going back to Greek mythology, irises come in a rainbow of colours, the most popular being the deep blue variety. Their primary meanings include faith, hope, wisdom, courage, and admiration. The iris's history is rich, dating back to Ancient Greek times when the Greek Goddess Iris, the messenger of the gods and the personification of the rainbow, acted as the link between heaven and earth. Irises were planted over the graves of women to summon the Goddess to guide the dead in their journey. Ancient Egyptian kings marveled in the iris's exotic nature, and drawings have been found of the flower in a number of Egyptian palaces. To me, this piece is simply representative of good neighbours! With Toms permission, I tramp around his flower garden as soon as they start to bloom! Searching for that perfect piece of inspiration for my art work!

Very lovely garden flower design on dark green background. The design is inviting! Hard to refrain from using them up the minute they arrive. Rich dark hues on heavyweight cardstock. The flower design is bright and really pops against the dark green background. I love these cards!

I love the detail of the art and the explanation inside of each sorrow. I hoped the pictures would be a little bit bigger. It was very hard to see each one in the beginning, and my eyes had to adjust. But overall awesome, thanks so much for this!! Printing was good. Just make sure to go thru it again. In 3: change the word lost to “at the loss” and then after number 1 Hail Mary, there are two ”y’s” after that delete if you want to delete those to make it cleaner.
