"Mother And Child" Mug

I sent this to my mom for Mother's Day. And although she likes my paintings, she stated that the mug's image was narrow and the background color did not match the green in the image. She also told me that the tag did not tell her who the mug was from. She knew it was from me because it's my painting. I was so hoping that this would bless her. She likes the thought, but is not crazy about the mug. So, I'm disappointed. She lives in California and I live in Pennsylvania, so I did not physically see the mug. I have ordered a mug before for my daughter. I was happy with that one. The background was white instead of a color though. I would very much appreciate a refund or the ability to send my mom a mug without a background. My mom, who received the mug stated that it looked as though part of the image was cut off.
