Mother of the Bride Tote

I loved this tote. I used it as a gift bag for my mom and gave it to her at my Rehearsal Dinner. I filled it with tons of stuff. Definitely holds a lot! Printing was perfect. My mom uses it regularly. Super cute.

I tried to return this item and have it replaced because they printed on the back which had an ink stain because there was a yellow drip stain on the front. I knew this because I ordered two bags, one for the mother of the bride and one for the mother of the groom. The one for the mother of the bride was a gift. I am the mother of the groom. Since they were personalized, there’s really nothing else they can be used for. I was assured I would have a replacement bag and receive a call back after I waited on the phone for an hour so as to not wait any longer. Well, the call never came and it has been several days. I also never got an email and there is nothing showing in my account. I’m so disappointed. I have done so much business with Zazzle.

Purchased this as a gift for my mom on the day of the wedding it is perfect. I think she will really enjoy it. The printing looks great on the bag!
