This design features a painting by the German expressionist artist Ernst Ludwig Kirchner (1880–1938). It shows a wintry landscape with mountains that are covered with snow; there are some trees, houses and other buildings on the mountains too. The original painting was produced circa 1924, and it is now housed in the Bündner Kunstmuseum, in the city of Chur (also known as Coire), Switzerland.
