I was first sent an empty envelope. After trying several ways of reaching customer service, I finally reached someone who sent me my product. I was not happy with the clarity. A waste of money. I had to end up purchasing through another company. Don't waste your money. BTW, it wouldn't let me select one star, not worth 2 stars. .
