    Mt. Rainier Premium Magnet

    Mt. Rainier rises 14,411 feet above Puget Sound about 50 miles southeast of Seattle, WA. In this view from Paradise Inn, the mountain shows its beautiful south side. Dark green evergreen trees border the sides and lower portion of the image, contrasting with the snowy peak of the mountain. Bright blue sky provides a colourful backdrop. The entire image is bordered by a dark green background, with the words, "Merry Christmas from the Northwest" in white script at the lower edge of the edge. Copyright Gail Storrs 2007.
