These 18lb sheets are made to use as backgrounds. The element sheets are made using the 10lb tissue to maximise the integration of your collage creations. Because of their thinness, they can be "stacked" on top of your background sheets leaving very little texture. This decoupage tissue paper is the perfect weight and size for large scaled decoupage projects.
